Sue Fitzgerald
President and Chief Executive OfficerSFA’s President and Chief Executive Officer, founded SFA in 2002 and has more than 39 years of extensive management and leadership experience. Providing client management for Information Technology (IT) initiatives, Susan also directs a multitude of diverse projects and provides program management for large-scale (up to $200M), enterprise-wide IT programs. Her experience spans program and portfolio management, project planning, requirements analyses, concept exploration, business improvement, systems development life cycle, development and testing, quality assurance, organizational change management, communications, training management, and operational deployment and support. Sue is chair of the board of directors of her local charity.
Elaine Bond
Chief Operations OfficerAs Chief Operations Officer, Elaine drives day-to-day company operations. Elaine has over 18 years of expertise in account management, customer service management and recruiting and staffing management in the professional services industry. She has a strong background and understanding of business operations and has served as SFA’s Chief Operations Officer for more than 6 years.

Chief Growth OfficerAs a senior executive, strategic advisor, and attorney, Larnie brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare and IT strategy, change management, and systems development and integration in the commercial, government, non-profit, and academic arenas.
She has a passion for driving positive organizational transformation and has achieved outstanding results for her clients, bringing an authentic entrepreneurial spirit to engagements by establishing and expanding business and technology initiatives that are forward leaning and pioneer industry next practices in technology, management consulting, innovation, strategic communications, and creative design.
Her leadership and executive advisement have brought demonstrable value to large-scale projects for federal government agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and National Park Service (NPS); nonprofits; and Fortune 500 technology companies, large provider organizations, and the DC government.
