Leadership Team

Sue Fitzgerald

President and Chief Executive Officer

SFA’s President and Chief Executive Officer, founded SFA in 2002 and has more than 39 years of extensive management and leadership experience. Providing client management for Information Technology (IT) initiatives, Susan also directs a multitude of diverse projects and provides program management for large-scale (up to $200M), enterprise-wide IT programs. Her experience spans program and portfolio management, project planning, requirements analyses, concept exploration, business improvement, systems development life cycle, development and testing, quality assurance, organizational change management, communications, training management, and operational deployment and support. Sue is chair of the board of directors of her local charity.

Elaine Bond

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, Elaine drives day-to-day company operations. Elaine has over 18 years of expertise in account management, customer service management and recruiting and staffing management in the professional services industry. She has a strong background and understanding of business operations and has served as SFA’s Chief Operations Officer for more than 6 years.
